Ingredients

boneless skinless chicken breast

uncooked fettuccini pasta

grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
In a large pot, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add 1 pound of boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces, into the pot.
Stir in 3 minced garlic cloves and cook for an additional minute.
Pour in 4 cups of chicken broth and 1 cup of half and half.
Introduce 12 ounces of uncooked fettuccini to the pot.
Cover the pot and bring the mixture to a boil over high heat.
Remove the pot from heat and add 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.
Notes
Always go for fresh ingredients if possible.
Adjust spice levels to your taste.
Avoid boiling the sauce after adding the Parmesan.
Stir frequently while the pasta cooks.
Optional: add spinach or bell peppers for extra nutrients.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
