Wrap each filled egg roll with one strip of bacon, tucking the ends underneath.
Brush each bacon-wrapped egg roll lightly with vegetable oil and place seam side down on the baking sheet.
Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the wrappers are golden brown.
