Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare the corn by draining and rinsing canned corn, or thaw frozen corn.
  • Mix sweet corn, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, cream cheese, sugar, minced garlic, green onions, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until well blended.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle additional cheese on top if desired.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
  • Cool for a few minutes and garnish with green onions or jalapeños before serving.
