Instructions
Step-by-Step Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip on medium speed for 3-5 minutes until smooth and creamy.
In a shallow dish, dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee for 2-3 seconds and arrange them in a single layer at the bottom of your serving dish.
Spread the whipped mascarpone mixture over the coffee-soaked ladyfingers, approximately one inch thick.
Pour the strawberry puree over the mascarpone layer and spread evenly without disturbing the layer beneath.
Repeat the layering with soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone layer, and strawberry puree until you've created at least two complete layers, finishing with the mascarpone on top.
Cover tightly and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
Before serving, top with whipped cream and fresh strawberry slices, then slice and serve chilled.
Notes
Use high-quality ingredients for the best flavor. Keep the Tiramisu covered in the fridge for optimal freshness.
