Instructions
Step-by-Step Instructions
Start by liberally seasoning the two racks of baby back ribs with the dry rub seasoning. Let sit for about 15 minutes.
Carefully place the seasoned ribs into the slow cooker in a crisscross pattern. Set on low and cover.
After slow cooking for 6-8 hours, preheat your oven’s broiler to high.
Remove the tender ribs from the slow cooker and place them onto a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
Brush BBQ sauce generously over the ribs on all sides.
Broil the ribs in the oven for 3-5 minutes until the sauce caramelizes but does not burn.
Remove from the oven, let sit for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Ensure not to overcrowd the slow cooker for even cooking. Let the ribs rest after broiling to retain juiciness.
