Step-by-Step Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl and let rest for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
Whisk together flour and salt in a large bowl and make a well in the center.
Pour the yeast mixture into the well and stir until combined into a shaggy dough.
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.
Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise for 30 minutes.
Punch down the dough, divide into small pieces, and roll into bite-sized balls.
