Step-by-Step Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Spread approximately 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce on each tortilla, leaving about half an inch border.
Sprinkle a generous layer of shredded mozzarella cheese over the marinara sauce on each tortilla.
Layer pepperoni slices on top of the mozzarella cheese.
Roll the tortilla tightly and tuck in the edges if necessary.
Brush the outside of each rolled tortilla with olive oil and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool slightly, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
