  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Marinara sauce approximately
  • 20 slices Pepperoni slices

For the Wrapping

  • 4 pieces Low-carb tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Spread approximately 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce on each tortilla, leaving about half an inch border.
  • Sprinkle a generous layer of shredded mozzarella cheese over the marinara sauce on each tortilla.
  • Layer pepperoni slices on top of the mozzarella cheese.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly and tuck in the edges if necessary.
  • Brush the outside of each rolled tortilla with olive oil and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
