Soak cubed bread in batter until well-coated, letting sit for 10-15 minutes.
Heat skillet over medium, add butter to melt.
Cook half of the soaked bread cubes until golden, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until both sides are golden brown.
