Cooking Instructions

  • Heat the skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and butter, allowing them to melt and foam together.
  • Cook the green beans for approximately 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook for about 5–6 minutes until golden brown.
  • Stir in minced garlic and fresh thyme leaves and sauté for another 1–2 minutes.
  • Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the sautéed mixture to a serving dish and enjoy!
