  • Add the meat and season with salt and pepper. Sear for 5-7 minutes until browned on all sides.
  • Sprinkle in ground cumin and dried oregano. Pour in enough water to cover the meat, bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for approximately 1 hour until meat is tender.
