Ingredients

For the Chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for coating
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

For the Broccoli

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for drizzling

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Instructions

Grilling and Preparation

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F to 450°F).
  • Rub 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the chicken breasts, then season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  • Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 4-5 minutes until tender, then drain.
  • In a saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Add heavy cream and chicken broth, simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Assemble bowls with broccoli and sliced chicken, then drizzle with sauce and garnish with parsley.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

For best texture, store chicken, broccoli, and sauce separately if possible.
