Instructions
Preparation Steps
Start by washing and slicing the vegetables. Thinly slice the green cabbage, red bell pepper, and green onions, and julienne the carrot.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, and black pepper.
Place a large wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil. Allow the oil to heat up until it shimmers.
Add minced garlic and minced ginger to the wok. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Toss in the sliced bell pepper and julienned carrot. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they begin to soften.
Add the green cabbage to the wok and stir well. Continue to stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes.
Pour the sauce mixture over the stir-fried vegetables and toss well to coat.
Stir-fry the mixture for another 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
