Instructions
Step-by-Step Instructions
Soak the Cedar Planks for at least 30 minutes in water to prevent burning.
Prepare the marinade by whisking together all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
Marinate the salmon fillets in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill to a medium-high heat of 375°F to 425°F.
Prepare the soaked cedar planks and place the salmon skin-side down on them.
Grill the salmon on the cedar plank for 10 to 15 minutes, until opaque.
Check for doneness using a meat thermometer; it should reach 145°F.
Remove from the grill, let rest, and serve garnished with lemon slices and fresh dill.
