  • Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water, then pat dry with paper towels.

  • Add cumin, smoked paprika, and onion powder, then mix in finely chopped cilantro and chopped jalapeños.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in the marinade.
  • Turn the chicken in the marinade, then cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Preheat the grill over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes.
  • Lightly oil the grill grates using a paper towel dipped in oil.
