Instructions
Step-by-Step Instructions
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sear the beef ribs on all sides for about 4-5 minutes until golden-brown.
Remove the ribs and in the same pot, add tomato sauce, chipotle in adobo, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Stir well to combine.
Return the seared beef ribs to the pot and coat them well with the sauce.
Cover the pot with a lid and transfer it to the oven. Cook for 3 to 4 hours until fork-tender.
Remove from the oven, let rest for a few minutes, then serve with sauce drizzled on top.
