  • 250 ml beef stock for the sauce

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet. Add the beef sausages and brown for 8-10 minutes.
  • Remove sausages and sauté 400g of chopped vegetables for 5-7 minutes until softened.
  • Stir in 1 tablespoon of tomato purée and 1 teaspoon of paprika, cooking for 1 additional minute.
  • Return sausages to the skillet, add 250ml beef stock, salt, and pepper. Simmer gently.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
