Ingredients

For the Noodles

  • 2 packages Ramen noodles 6 oz each, seasoning packets discarded.

For the Protein

  • 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken thighs cut into bite-sized pieces.

For the Stir Fry

  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil for high-heat cooking.
  • 1 Red bell pepper sliced.
  • 1 cup Snap peas
  • 1 Carrot julienned.

For the Aromatics

  • 3 Garlic minced.
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger minced.
  • 3 Green onions sliced, white and green parts separated.

For the Sauce

  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon White pepper

Instructions

Cooking Instructions

  • Boil the noodles by bringing a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the ramen noodles for 2 minutes, drain, and set aside.
  • Prepare the sauce by whisking soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and white pepper in a small bowl.
  • Cook the chicken by heating 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok. Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
  • Sauté the vegetables by adding remaining vegetable oil and stir-frying red bell pepper, snap peas, and carrot for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add aromatics by incorporating minced garlic, ginger, and the white parts of green onions. Stir-fry until fragrant.
  • Combine everything by returning chicken, noodles, and sauce to the pan. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Garnish and serve with the sliced green onion tops.

Notes

Customize the dish with your favorite veggies or proteins, such as shrimp or tofu.
