Ingredients

For the Pasta

Instructions

Cooking Steps

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add rigatoni and cook until al dente, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • Season steak with salt and pepper. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium-high heat. Sear steak for 3-4 minutes, then set aside.
  • Reduce heat to medium, add remaining butter to the skillet, and sauté minced garlic and optional red pepper flakes for about 1 minute.
  • Pour in beef broth, simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in heavy cream and simmer until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Return steak and rigatoni to the skillet. Add Parmesan cheese and toss until everything is well combined and heated through.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
