Step-by-Step Instructions for Garlic Parmesan Zucchini & Squash
Start by washing the zucchinis and yellow squash thoroughly under cool water. Slice them into ¼-inch thick half-moons and set aside.
Place a large skillet over medium heat and pour in the olive oil. Heat for about 1 minute, then add the minced garlic. Sauté until golden and aromatic.
