  • ½ cup Grated cucumber squeeze out excess moisture

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and gather all your ingredients.
  • Combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, and parsley in a mixing bowl.
  • Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1-2 inches in diameter, and place on a baking sheet.
  • Drizzle olive oil on top and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  • While baking, whisk together yogurt, cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Chill tzatziki in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  • Serve meatballs warm alongside the tzatziki.
