In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly and shape into small meatballs, then set aside.
In a large pot, pour in chicken broth and bring to a rapid boil over medium-high heat.
