  • In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes. Whisk until well combined.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and no longer pink, then drain excess fat.
  • Pour the prepared sauce over the browned beef and stir to coat. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are heated through.
  • Spoon the beef and vegetable mixture over the cooked rice in serving bowls and top with chopped green onions.
