  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  • Shape the mixture into small meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of oil. Brown the meatballs for about 6–8 minutes.
  • After browning, remove the meatballs from the skillet and pour in the marinara sauce, adding the meatballs back to simmer for about 5 minutes.
