  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the beef broth, Japanese BBQ sauce, and cornstarch until smooth. Set aside.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, minced garlic, and ginger. Cook for about 5 minutes until browned.
  • Stir in the chopped broccoli and cook for another 3 minutes until it softens slightly.
  • Pour the prepared sauce over the beef and broccoli, stir to combine, and cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Add the drained noodles and toss to combine. Use reserved pasta water if too dry. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
