Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes. Stir and let sit for 15 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a springform pan with olive oil.
Roll out the pizza dough into a 12x18 inch rectangle.
Brush the rolled-out dough with garlic herb oil, reserving 2 tablespoons.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese, then shredded mozzarella evenly across the dough.
Cut the dough into 1-inch strips and stack 6-8 on top of each other.
Cut the stacks into 1-inch pieces and arrange in the prepared pan, cut sides facing up.
Repeat with remaining dough pieces and pack them tightly in the pan.
Brush the top with remaining garlic herb oil before baking.
Cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before serving.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm with pizza sauce.
Notes
Use floured surfaces when working with dough and ensure even cheese distribution for best results.
