Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes. Stir and let sit for 15 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a springform pan with olive oil.
  • Roll out the pizza dough into a 12x18 inch rectangle.
  • Brush the rolled-out dough with garlic herb oil, reserving 2 tablespoons.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese, then shredded mozzarella evenly across the dough.
  • Cut the dough into 1-inch strips and stack 6-8 on top of each other.
  • Cut the stacks into 1-inch pieces and arrange in the prepared pan, cut sides facing up.
  • Repeat with remaining dough pieces and pack them tightly in the pan.
  • Brush the top with remaining garlic herb oil before baking.
  • Cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm with pizza sauce.
