Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower. Return to oven and roast for an additional 10 minutes.
Once done, transfer the roasted cauliflower to a serving platter and drizzle with basil pesto.
