Instructions
Step-by-Step Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Add the shrimp, smoked sausage, halved baby potatoes, and corn to the bowl. Gently toss until evenly coated with the marinade.
Take four sheets of aluminum foil and place a portion of the shrimp and sausage mixture in the center of each sheet.
Fold the sides of the aluminum foil over the mixture and seal the edges tightly.
Place the foil packs on the preheated grill. Close the grill lid and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Carefully open the foil packs, sprinkle chopped parsley over the contents.
Serve directly onto plates or straight from the foil.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat as needed.
