Ingredients

  • 1 pound Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 12 ounces Smoked Sausage sliced into ½-inch pieces

For the Veggies

  • 1 pound Baby Potatoes halved
  • 1 cup Corn Kernels

For Seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

For the Finish

  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • ¼ cup Chopped Fresh Parsley

For Packaging

  • 4 sheets Aluminum Foil 12x12 inches each

Instructions

Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the shrimp, smoked sausage, halved baby potatoes, and corn to the bowl. Gently toss until evenly coated with the marinade.
  • Take four sheets of aluminum foil and place a portion of the shrimp and sausage mixture in the center of each sheet.
  • Fold the sides of the aluminum foil over the mixture and seal the edges tightly.
  • Place the foil packs on the preheated grill. Close the grill lid and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Carefully open the foil packs, sprinkle chopped parsley over the contents.
  • Serve directly onto plates or straight from the foil.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat as needed.
