Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Prepare the egg noodles according to package directions, usually about 3–5 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  • In a large wok, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Sauté the chicken or shrimp for 3–4 minutes until cooked.
  • In the same wok, add another tablespoon of oil and stir-fry the bell peppers and carrots for 2–3 minutes.
  • Add the cooked noodles and protein back to the skillet. Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, tossing everything to coat evenly.
  • Sprinkle with green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro. Toss well and serve hot.
