  • In the same skillet, sauté onion and bell pepper for 4-5 minutes, then add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  • Add uncooked rice to the skillet and stir for about 1 minute to absorb flavors.
  • Pour in chicken broth, nestle the seared chicken back into the skillet, cover, and reduce heat to low.
