  • Wash strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries under cold water. Remove green tops from strawberries and pat all the berries dry.
  • In a high-speed blender, add the prepared berries, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey.
  • Blend on high for about 30-45 seconds until smooth with no chunks.
  • Check the consistency and add more almond milk if it's too thick, then blend for an additional 15 seconds.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses, filling them about three-quarters full and top with whole berries if desired.
  • Serve immediately while fresh for maximum flavor and nutrients.
