Instructions

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, egg, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix thoroughly for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Roll portions of the meat mixture into meatballs about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Place them onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake meatballs for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • While baking, whisk together honey, hoisin sauce, and rice vinegar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a gentle simmer and remove from heat once heated through.
  • Drizzle the honey-hoisin sauce over the baked meatballs, ensuring each is well coated.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving. Enjoy warm!
