  • Slice the pound cake into thin layers, about ¼-inch thick, and lay a slice over the bamboo mat.
  • Spread whipped cream evenly over the cake layer.
  • Sprinkle the finely diced strawberries evenly over the whipped cream.
  • Carefully roll the cake using the bamboo mat, sealing the edge with cream.
  • Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces, about 1-2 inches thick, using a damp knife.
  • Transfer the pieces to a plate and chill for about 15-20 minutes before serving.
