  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 stalks green onions chopped

  • Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  • In a shallow bowl, mix the cornstarch, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and water.
  • Dip each chicken piece into the cornstarch, then the egg wash, and back into the cornstarch before placing them on the baking sheet.
  • Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • While the chicken bakes, combine the sauce ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until thickened.
  • Once the chicken is done, toss it in the thickened honey garlic sauce.
