Instructions
Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease or line a mini muffin tin.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut each triangle in half. Press the triangles into the greased mini muffin tin.
Spoon about 1 teaspoon of cream cheese filling into each dough cup, then add a teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top.
Optionally sprinkle with chopped pecans or orange zest.
Bake in the preheated oven for 11–13 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin and serving.
