Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve cup of pasta water, drain and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce: Blend thawed green peas, lime juice, miso paste, and water until smooth. Adjust thickness with additional water as needed.
Combine Pasta and Sauce: In the same pot, mix drained pasta with the creamy sauce, adding reserved pasta water for desired consistency.
Serve and Garnish: Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve in bowls, garnished with black pepper and grated vegan parmesan.
