Place cod fillets on the prepared baking sheet and season generously with salt and pepper.

Bake the cod in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
While baking, chop green onions and toast sesame seeds in a dry pan for 3-4 minutes.
Once baked, garnish the cod with green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
