  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté sliced onion for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
  • Add minced garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Increase heat and add marinated chicken, cooking for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  • Add sliced red bell pepper and snap peas, cooking for 3-4 minutes until vibrant and tender-crisp.
  • Mix cornstarch and water, then pour over the mixture in the skillet, stirring until thickened.
