  • Return chicken to skillet, coating it with the butter mixture.
  • Roast the chicken in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes.
  • Baste the chicken halfway through the cooking time.
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes after cooking.
  • Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
