In a large mixing bowl, combine 140 g of self-raising flour with 140 g of sweetened Greek yogurt. Stir until a soft dough forms.
Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently for about 1-2 minutes until smooth.
Divide the dough into two equal portions and roll each into a long log, about 1 inch thick.
Using a sharp knife, cut the logs into small pieces weighing approximately 8-12 g each, rolling them into balls.
Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for about 5 minutes and brush the basket with oil.
Toss the doughnut balls in melted butter and place in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 5 minutes until golden brown.
