Instructions
Step-by-Step Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and Sriracha until well combined.
Place your pork tenderloin in a resealable bag or shallow dish, and pour the marinade over it, ensuring the meat is well-coated. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, ideally overnight.
After marinating, take the pork out of the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and sear the marinated pork tenderloin for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
Pour the reserved marinade over the pork in the skillet and transfer to the preheated oven.
Roast for about 15-20 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
Slice the rested pork into medallions and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Marinate overnight for maximum flavor. Sear before roasting for a rich color and moisture retention.
