Instructions
Step-by-Step Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Unwrap the crescent dough and cut half of the package into thin strips approximately ¼ inch wide.
Wrap one to two strips of the dough around each meatball, holding one end in place while stretching the dough.
Continue wrapping all remaining meatballs, adding more layers for a thicker bandage look if desired.
Place the wrapped meatballs on your prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cut out small circles from the pepperoni to create the eyes.
Attach two pepperoni eyes on each mummy using a dab of sauce or water.
Serve warm on a platter or on pasta, paired with your favorite dipping sauce.
